2010 RV Lot Rental Rates
Here are our daily rates for the Spring, Summer and Fall of 2010.
Rates listed are for standard back-in sites. Waterfront and Premium Improved sites may be subject to additional charges.
SPRING - May 1st to June 10th - $45.00
SUMMER - June 11th to Sept 12th - $55.00
FALL - 13th to October 30th - $45.00
Description and Services
- Nightly rate is for 2 people
- Charge of $5 per person for additional guests
- Weekly rental discount of half off 7th paid night on advance reservations.
- 10% discount is given on 30 or more paid nights
- Credit Card deposit required on all reservations. Renters placing reservations between November 1st and April 30th will be contacted for credit card info after the resort opens May 1st.
- All sites include full hookups with 50/30/20 AMP
- Fifth Wheel, Class A & C multi use RV sites are also available in a designated area of the resort
- Complimentary cable TV (70+ channels) & Wi-Fi
- Curbside trash pickup provided daily by 10:00 am
- Valet RV parking available upon request
- Check-in 1:00 pm ~ Check-out is 12:00 noon
- Cancellation Policy ~ 5 days prior to arrival. Failure to cancel will result in a minimum of one night's rental fee and up to 25% of entire reservation fee charged to your credit card on file
- We accept Visa, Mastercard & Discover
